You feel depressed, angry, shocked, numb, shut down, and other emotions might make you feel like you are questioning yourself and feel invalidated.
You find yourself struggling to express your grief to your loved ones. You feel overwhelmed when your loved ones offer you support, and you don’t know where to start or take the offer. You want to reach out for support but don’t know what kind of support you need.
